Irony - we in Israel, this year, read Parshat Pinchas, which contains - among other things - the mitzva of the twice daily offerings in the Beit HaMikdash (the T'midim).
This Shabbat is the 17th of Tammuz (fast postponed to Sunday) which marks - among other things - the cessation of the T'midim.
