An Israeli woman was lightly injured on Friday morning, after a terrorist hit her car with a rock. The incident occurred on Highway 90, between Afikim and Ashdot Ya'akov.

After her car was struck, the woman swerved off the road and hit a security barrier. A Jordanian Arab then came from a nearby orchard and began struggling with the victim, trying to force her out of the car.

Another driver passing by saw what was happening and chased after the suspect, who fled back into the grove.

Police searched the area and found the suspected perpetrator. He was shot in the leg and arrested. He will be taken for questioning.
