Our special guest today in part two is Michael Freund, founder and chairman of Shavei Israel, who is responsible for finding and bringing home to Israel thousands of Jews around the globe who have been disconnected from mainstream Jewry.

We speak of the Jews of the Chinese city of Kaifeng, the Bnei Menashe of northern India, the Anousim and others who have been fortunate to be replanted in Israel.

How do they do once they live here? What kind of Derech Eretz do these new Israeli citizens receive? Which group is next on the horizon? To me, Michael Freund is one of the heroes of the Jewish people, taking upon himself this big Derech Eretz mitzvah of "returning lost objects" and not being apathetic to the plight of Jews anxious to reconnect to their people.

He is an inspiration.
