The Palestinian Authority (PA) continues to demonstrate unequivocal support and glorification for the murder of Israeli Jews.

In 2001, 16-year-old Ofir Rahum was tricked into meeting with a Palestinian woman he met in an online chat room. The woman, Amna Muna, convinced him to meet her, at which point she drove him to Ramallah where he was murdered by her two terrorist accomplices.

Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) revealed that District Governor of Ramallah Laila Ghannam recently met with the family of one of the teen’s killers, Abd Al-Fattah Doleh, calling the terrorist a "heroic prisoner."

Ghannam added that the district of Ramallah can't wait to see the killer released: “Ramallah and El-Bireh district is counting the days until it can receive Abd Al-Fattah as a free man."

Abd Al-Fattah Doleh was arrested for the kidnapping and murder of Rahum in 2004 and sentenced to twelve years in prison. Muna who facilitated the kidnapping and murder was sentenced to life imprisonment but was later released in the 2011 Gilad Shalit exchange deal.

This is not the first time District Governor of Ramallah has glorified murderers and other terrorists. She recently participated in an event hosted by the Palestinian Red Crescent glorifying the most lethal terror attack in Israel's history. At the event, Ghannam expressed her "great pride" in Dalal Mughrabi who led the attack and the murder of 37 people, including 12 children.

Furthermore, Ghannam received the "Liberty Bell Award" and a "Citation of Honor" in 2015 from Philadelphia Councilwoman Maria Sanchez. However, after PMW exposed Ghannam's terror support, Sanchez and the Philadelphia Municipality rescinded the award. Ghannam responded that she was not upset that she lost the award: "We are not interested in citations of honor that require us to slander our fighters and our supporting pillars as terrorists."
