Palestinian terrorists in Judea and Samaria threw two pipe bombs at IDF forces on Wednesday night.

The first attack occurred as soldiers conducted an arrest operation in Jenin. None of the soldiers were injured in the attack.

As the bomb was being thrown, soldiers fired into the air several times and pursued the perpetrators. Two of the terrorists were arrested.

Later on Wednesday night, terrorists at the Gilboa crossing near Jenin threw a pipe bomb at soldiers there. Here, too, there were no injuries.

A day earlier, IDF troops arrested seven wanted Palestinian Authority terrorists in the Binyamin region.

Yisrael Shomer, Commander of the Binyamin Brigade, said that the terrorists “were involved in ongoing attacks on the area of Shiloh and the Alon Road in the Binyamin region. They have been involved in a number of crimes, including throwing rocks at Israeli vehicles."

"Our mission is to remove the threat to residents and visitors, and to prevent disruption of day to day activities.”
