Gaza Video Indicates IDF Is Warning Civilians

Watch this video by neighbors of a terrorist whose home was bombed. How did the filmer know where to point the camera?

A video of an Israeli air strike on a home of a Gaza terrorist provides solid support to the IDF's claim that it provides early warning to Gaza civilians before striking a target in a residential area.

The footage is shot from a cellphone. It is clear that the person holding the phone knows that a strike is imminent, and knows precisely where to aim the phone camera, as he or she waits for the bomb to fall. What is more, the person feels adequately safe despite apparently being only a few hundred feet away from the target.

It is almost as if the people taping the destruction are about to witness a controlled demolition of a condemned house and not an aerial bombing by an enemy.

Would this kind of footage be possible, if the IDF did not provide early warning regarding its targets, and did not take extreme caution to be as precise as possible in its strikes?
