Ex-minister Avi Dichter predicted with confidence at the AIPAC 2014 conference that the Syrian civil war will end with Syria being ruled by a Sunni regime, while the Alawites – the group to which the Assad family belongs – will undergo a massacre.
Dichter said that Hezbollah is getting weaker and weaker with time – and could be weakened even more if the Sunni regime that is victorious in Syria belongs to the liberal stream.
