Dr. Joseph Frager, Chairman of the Executive Council American Friends of Ateret Cohanim, gave an exclusive in-depth interview to Arutz Sheva on the occasion of the 28th annual dinner of Friends of Ateret Cohanim.

Dr. Frager explained that American Jewry's voice means more now than it's ever meant before.

"The President does listen" to U.S. Jews, he said. "It seems that his latest trip to Israel was a major sea change in his perceived attitude toward Israel. And that is because American Jews like myself have been very critical of it. And obviously the Israeli public has been very critical of it."

Dr. Frager said that not sending bunker buster bombs to Israel "is a slap in the face."

"You give us a little and expect us to do everything," he explained.

"The [bunker] buster bombs have to be given to Israel," he added, "and they have to be given immediately. And I know it requires special transport and it's not so simple, but the President has to hear that those bombs belong in Israel's hands, because America needs it. Not just Israel needs it."

The keynote speakers on the Ateret Cohanim dinner's program were Lt. Col. Ralph Peters and Steve Malzberg.
