Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met Sunday evening with Bayit Yehudi head MK Naftali Bennett, and discussed the possibility that Bayit Yehudi would join Netanyahu's coalition.
Former minister Avigdor Lieberman, who heads Yisrael Beytenu, was present at part of the meeting.
Bayit Yehudi sources said the meeting had been "good and practical." Netanyahu and Bennett agreed to talk again soon.
Earlier in the day, Netanyahu met with Shas co-leaders Ariel Atias, Aryeh Deri and Eli Yishai. He told them that while he wants Shas in his government, the pact between Yesh Atid and Bayit Yehudi is limiting his maneuvering room.
