The three-day AIPAC Policy Conference in Washington, DC is set to begin Sunday.

Arutz Sheva will be bringing you reports, analysis and streaming video from the conference, which is being held at a particularly critical time in the history of Israel and the world. Events in the Middle East, and on the Washington-Israel axis, are coming to a head, as Iran's centrifuges prepare a weapon of doom meant for the "Small Satan" and "Great Satan" -- as the Iranian regime is fond of calling Israel and the U.S., respectively.

The AIPAC conference is the U.S. pro-Israel community's preeminent annual gathering. The event attracts more than 10,000 community and student activists from all 50 states, and more than half of the Senate, a third of the House of Representatives and countless Israeli and American policymakers and thought leaders.

The conference meets against a backdrop of increasingly open hostility toward the pro-Israel lobby in Washington. The decision by President Barack Obama to appoint former Senator Chuck Hagel as Defense Minister has served to highlight the issue, which has even made it into liberal satirical show Saturday Night Live.
