A Palestinian car ran over four soldiers today in the area of Gush Etzion in Judea, outside a town barely ten minutes south of Jerusalem..
Four soldiers were standing on the side of the road in the community of Neve Daniel in Gush Etzion when a Palestinian Arab owned vehicle hit the group and proceeded to run off.
The injured soldiers were immediately taken to Shaarei Tsedek Hospital in Jersalem, where it was reported that three sustained minor injuries, while one was left with more serious injuries.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said those injured were part of a group of six soldiers standing at the side of the road alongside their vehicle.
"We are now looking for a Palestinian taxi that fled the area," he said.
Authorities have said that they are not yet sure whether the action was intentional or merely an accident.
This incident follows an attack this past Saturday night in which terrorists opened fire at drivers in Karnei Shomron, east of Kfar Saba. Luckily, no one was injured in that attack.
