Ten Likud MKs will be placing their signatures Monday on a letter of support for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, in the face of the campaign against him regarding the possibility of striking Iran's nuclear program.
MK Tzipi Hotovely, who initiated the letter, said that the campaign against an attack on Iran is an irresponsible one.
"We, Knesset members from the Likud faction, express full confidence in the way in which the decision regarding Iran will be made, and are certain that any decision reached will be arrived at through a responsible view of Israel's existential interests."
"These days, when political elements and those with political aspirations have embarked on a huge campaign questioning your power of judgment, we saw fit to express in writing our unqualified support."
The letter will be physically signed by MKs Leah Ness, Ayoub Kara, Gila Gamliel, Zeev Elkin, Yariv Levin, Carmel Shama, Miri Regev and Ofir Akunis.
Hotovely estimated that most of the Likud faction's members would eventually sign the letter.
