The MDA crews that arrived at Burgas were met with "shouting, applause and singing... a lot of emotions, something we are not used to," according to Assi Dvilanski, MDA project manager.

"Immediately when we got the message about the bombing in Burgas," he told Arutz Sheva, "MDA immediately arranged two planes, a team of paramedics and doctors from Ichilov Hospital. Later in the night, around 10:00, two planes with teams from MDA went to Burgas... We went to the hospital to do an initial triage of the patients."

"Most of them suffered from burn injuries, some with shrapnel. The same injuries you can find in any bombing or fire… Our team helped the police identify the bodies."
