A gag order has been lifted after the indictment Monday of two Arabs with Israeli citizenship for handling funds for Hamas and the terror-linked Al Noor Society for Prisoners.”

The defendants are residents of the village Mootzmutz, located in the Wadi Ara area, approximately 15 miles east of  the central Mediterranean Coast and on  the highway to the Lower Galilee and Jordan Valley.

Haifa District Court Judge Ron Shapira extended their arrests. The two men were identified as Mahmoud Abu Ajberia, 26, and Mohammed Ajberia, 34.

They also were charged with possessing property intended for terror.

The two men allegedly transferred money from Hamas and the Society to former security prisoners and families of Hamas terroroists as compensation for their terrorist acts and for their being sentenced to jail.

Judge Shapira ruled there is enough evidence to justify the defendants remaining in custody.
