Egyptian television has released the first pictures of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, who now has been freed after more than five years. He has reached the Kerem Shalom crossing, where he was kidnapped 1,941 days ago, and he soon will fly to meet his waiting family at Tel Nof base near Tel Aviv.
