The ’criminals’ who broke into an IDF base near Ramallah, damaged 10 army vehicles and libeled Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria must be punished, said Danny Dayan, head of the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria (Yesha).

The ”price-tag” vandals scrawled “Greetings from Migron,” referring to the government-ordered demolitions of three family homes in the community earlier in the week.

Dayan called on the vandals to turn themselves in and stressed they do not represent the movement to promote a Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria.

Nevertheless, the left-wing Ha'aretz newspaper headlines that “settlers” were behind the infiltration.

Previously “price-tag” retaliations for government demolitions have been aimed at Arab mosques and villages, and Tuesday night’s incident was the first time the IDF was targeted.
