      As Sukkot ends, Israel National News takes a look at the scenes of the holiday, including the Gilad Shalit sukkah, a party in the park and more.


       

      In Jerusalem, near the Machane Yehuda marketplace, several days before Sukkot begins, a large tented area is set up. It is called "shuk arbaat haminim", the Four Species Marketplace, where people buy lulav (palm), etrog (citrus fruit), hadas (myrtle) and arava (willow).

      The number of concerts over the Sukkot holiday was mind boggling, with a wide variety of musical styles to choose from.The posters on the billboard advertise hasidic music, classical, rock, hip-hop, jazz, Sephardic music and more.
