Following the letter in which dozens of artists expressed refusal to preform in the new cultural center in the city of Ariel in Samaria, Ariel's mayor Ron Nachman spoke with Israel National TV.

 

Nachman explained how this protest began, and determined that Ariel will not bear a grudge against actors who take back their decision to sign the letter (as some already have).
