MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad (National Union) Aryeh Eldad said Sunday that Defense Minister Barak will probably make use of his authority to continue implementing the freeze in Judea and Samaria even after it officially expires.

 

Eldad, who is Co-Chair of the Land of Israel Knesset Lobby, visited the kindergarten at the Samaria hilltop community of Bruchin and witnessed the results of the Defense Minister's refusal to approve any renovation and construction in the community for years.

 

Speaking with Israel National News TV, MK Eldad discussed the construction freeze and said that he was encouraged by the latest statement by Prime Minister Netanyahu, according to which construction will be renewed after the end of the freeze.
