Yoram Ettniger, former Israeli consulate official to the United States, spoke on the eve of the Fast of the 9th of Av in front of the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem and stated that "the way that the world at large and the Jewish people in particular are going to judge the Jewish state is going to be by the attitude displayed by the Jewish state towards Jerusalem."
