The fight for Gilad Shalit has now reached the U.S. consulate in Tel Aviv. Dozens of Israeli teens from the B'nei Akiva youth movement rallied on Sunday for the freedom of captured IDF soldier Gilad Shalit. Whereas rallies until now have put pressure on the Israeli government, this time the focus was on a different target: the world. The youths stood outside the U.S., British and French consulates, calling on the three powerful countries to put pressure on Hamas to free Shalit.
