The Palestinian Authority continues its incitement against Israel, most recently with parenting advice passed on by a Muslim cleric on PA TV. The cleric warned parents not to threaten their children with evil creatures – using the examples of demons or Jews.
“Bringing up children with fear, anxiety and panic, scaring them when they cry -once by mentioning a monster, another time a scarecrow or a thief, and some other time a Jew, a demon, or the sound of the wind and other things,” is detrimental, the cleric said. Such behavior will lead to “cowardly” children, he warned.
The tape was translated by Palestinian Media Watch, a group committed to recording PA incitement against Jews and Israel.
Other PA incitement this week included a soccer tournament in which every team was named after a terrorist killed fighting Israel, referred to by the PA as “shahids” (martyrs). The tournament itself was named after Fatah arch-terrorist Abu Jihad.
