In wake of the reports and rumors regarding negotiations for the release of kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit and the reported swap deal with the Hamas terrorist organization, Israel National News TV spoke with former IDF Spokeswoman, Knesset Member Miri Regev (Likud).

Regev said that she trusts the Prime Minister and feels that the Israeli society must "sit and decide what the price is for freeing abducted soldiers" but this, she says, should be done only after the Shalit deal is completed." At this stage, she says, "we need to do everything we can to bring him home."
