Dr. Hillel Frisch, an expert on the Palestinian Authority at the BESA Center for Strategic Studies, met with INN TV to discuss the latest developments in the PA and Gaza. Dr. Frisch explained why he believes the rift between Fatah and Hamas will be permanent, why the rift is good for Israel, and why PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has been reluctant to offer peace.
