Amona: State Wants a Confrontation

(IsraelNN.com) The community of Amona, near Ofra, in the Binyamin region, responded to the Supreme Court's rejection of its petition against the destruction of nine homes built there.

"The state wanted a confrontation and succeeded in bringing us to that point," a spokesman said. "We will consider our steps."

Following the day-long struggle against the destruction of a small house in Sde Boaz, in Gush Etzion, an Amona spokesperson promised that residents and activists in Amona would choose the "Sde Boaz" style of resistance rather than the "embraces and songs of Gush Katif."
