(IsraelNN.com) President Moshe Katsav is traveling to Moscow where he will participate in a ceremony marking 60 years since the defeat of the Nazi regime.



The president and First Lady Gila Katsav will be guests of Russian President Vladimir Putin who extended the invitation.
