(IsraelNN.com) Five American citizens with some also holding Israeli citizenship, victims of Arab terrorism, are preparing a $900 million lawsuit against the Arab Bank located on Madison Avenue in New York City.
According to former minister attorney Dan Meridor, who is advising the American attorneys on matters pertaining to the legal action, they are targeting the bank since it knowingly channels funds to terrorist organizations, providing them “with oxygen” to continue activities. Meridor explained that financial organizations must be made aware that they cannot continue to permit terror funds to reach their destination without concern for lawsuits and other legal actions against them.
