(IsraelNN.com) Former MK Yedidia Be’eri is being laid to rest in Tel Aviv today. He died at the age of 73.
Be’eri, who served as a member of the Likud Party in the eight Knesset was a member of the Irgun Tzvai Leumi and was wounded in the War of Independence. He was an activist who worked towards implementation of the “greater Israel” concept. He attended high school in Tel Aviv and completed he law studies at the University of Tel Aviv.
He is being laid to rest in the Kiryat Shaul Cemetery.
