(IsraelNN.com) Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz told a delegation of scholars in Riyadh today that "foreigners are the responsibility of the whole Saudi people." His comments come in the wake of a series of murderous terrorist attacks on foreigners in the oil kingdom, including threats of late by an Al-Qaeda cell to execute an American hostage. The prince said that while the Saudis are patient dealing with their "extremists", patience has its limits.

More explicitly, on Tuesday, Adel Al-Jubeir, Foreign Affairs advisor to the Saudi Arabian crown prince, told CNN that the kingdom will not negotiate with terrorists.
