Knesset Representative Adv. Avital Sampolinsky made clear in the Supreme Court hearing of petitions against Netanyahu that "the decision at present to whom to give the mandate is a distinctly political decision."
In her remarks, Sampolinsky hinted to the judges not to interfere in the decision.
