The number of jobseekers now registered with the Employment Agency in Israel now stands at 1,011,205 people.
87.9% of those who have registered since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic are on unpaid leave of absence from their previous places of work. 7.25% of jobseekers were dismissed from their jobs.
Most of the new jobseekers registered in March; just 160,764 people registered in April.
