Former head of Deir al-Asad council dies of coronavirus

The former head of the Deir al-Asad regional council, Ahmad Nama, has died of coronavirus at the age of 82.

He was admitted to hospital a few days ago in serious condition, exacerbated by several underlying health conditions.
