Rabbi Chaim Druckman, one of the leaders of religious Zionism, attacked Shas in an interview with Mandy Betan on Kan Radio Moreshet, following the prolonged delay in renewing the status of Jerusalem Chief Rabbi Aryeh Stern.
"I cry from the depths of my heart, this is wrong and humiliates the glory of the Torah. Fear of G-d doesn't exist? How can this signature be delayed one day?! It's been delayed for four months.
"What does it have to do with another rabbi? You have to fight for the honor of a rabbi, but what does that have to do with it?
