The Association of Private Day Care Centers in Israel, which represents over 200 private daycare operators, including, among other things, private home daycare, nurseries, and kindergartens, has recently joined a Supreme Court petition against the Finance Minister and the Israeli government.
"The economic plan proposed by the government does nothing for us, so we had to approach the Supreme Court. If the State does not help us immediately through substantial financial compensation, many daycare centers will have to close down permanently and we will not be able to return to activity."
The petition was filed by Attorney Eli Doron, Asaf Gershgorn, Effie Ohana, and Amit Moshe Cohen of Doron, Tikotsky, Cantor, Gutman, Ness, Amit Gross & Assoc.
