Early this morning, traffic police conducting operations to enforce adherence to the speed limit stopped a driver who was traveling at 200 km/h (124mph), near the Gurel Junction on Highway 40 in the south.
The driver, a resident of the Bedouin town of Rahat, had his license suspended for 30 days and he was issued a summons to the District Court.
