Officials at the Ramat Gan Safari are checking whether a young sand cat that recently died was infected with coronavirus.
Channel 13 News reported that the dead sand cat was sent to the Beit Dagan pathological institute, where tests were conducted before sending the cat to the institute's virology department for further testing.
