In light of encouraging data from Jerusalem and Bnei Brak, two cities with some of the highest per capita rates of infection in the country, the Health Ministry plans to relax strict regulations on their residents.
According, the Health Ministry is to begin developing a new plan for these cities which should bring relief both to residents and businesses.
