Head of the pandemic unit at the Health Ministry, Dr. Boaz Lev, told Arutz Sheva that there is room for cautious optimism given the current situation, and suggested that we might be able to get back to something resembling normal life within a few months, albeit while respecting social distancing, wearing masks when going out, and paying strict attention to hygiene.

"If we want to make good progress, we have to proceed slowly and with great caution," he said, "so that we have time to see the results of the steps we're taking ... I think we can be responsible enough to care about others and adhere to the rules, and if everyone does the right thing, we'll find our way out of this."
