Yaffa Ben David, Secretary-General of the Teachers' Union, has responded angrily to the stated intention of the Ministers of Finance and Education to extend the teaching semester until the end of July and shorten the summer vacation by a month.
"You won't add a single day of work at our expense," she said, adding that teachers would not forgive her for agreeing to such a plan.
