Beit El council head: Broaden access road now when there's no traffic

Shai Alon, head of the Beit El Council, has asked Transportation Minister Betzalel Smotrich to take advantage of the lack of traffic on the intercity roads, and begin work on broadening Beit El's access road and building a second lane in each direction.
