Police to investigate concussion grenade thrown at Meah Shearim girl

The Police Investigations Division opened an investigation into the incident last weekend in which police threw a concussion grenade that hit Zisel Margaliot, the 8-year-old girl in Meah Shearim, Channel 13 News reported.
