At this hour Prime Minister Netanyahu is meeting with cabinet ministers and senior health officials in which suggestions are being raised for the easing of lockdown restrictions as part of the COVID-19 exit strategy. The Prime Minister indicated at the beginning of the meeting that the transition from the lockdown should be gradual and responsible.
A range of measures for easing the lockdown has been studied by the National Security Council which has been having discussions with other nations regarding the challenges of transitioning out of lockdown restrictions.
