The cyber department of the State Attorney's Office has issued an indictment to the Rehovot District Court against an employee of the Atomic Energy Commission for illegally accessing computer data.
The indictment was filed as part of a plea bargain and after the defendant's arguments were rejected at a hearing before the cyber department's director, Dr. Haim Wismonsky.
