The Yad Lebanim organization has welcomed the decision of the IDF and Defense Ministry to decorate soldiers for exemplary service in the South Lebanon Security Zone in the 1980s and 1990s.
"It's time we saluted thousands of fighters, the best of our sons, who protected our homeland," their statement read.
