Gantz's mandate to form government expires

The mandate given to Benny Gantz from President Reuven Rivlin to form a government expired at midnight.

Gantz and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu are meeting at the Prime Minister's residence in an attempt to form a unity government.
