MK Yariv Levin, head of Likud's negotiating team, was interviewed on Army Radio and attacked the decision of President Rivlin to return the mandate for forming a government to the Knesset, rather than passing it to PM Netanyahu.
"I am unable to comprehend this decision of Rivlin," he said. "Netanyahu has the greatest chance of forming a government. This is simply illegal," he concluded.
