The Likud movement has repeated its request to President Rivlin that he transfer the mandate to form a government from Benny Gantz to Binyamin Netanyahu, who heads the largest party in the Knesset and has the support of 59 MKs, "just as he [Rivlin] did after the previous elections in September, when he transferred the mandate from Prime Minister Netanyahu to MK Benny Gantz, when he had only 54 recommendations."
