In an interview on the Knesset Channel, Minister of Transportation Betzalel Smotrich (Yamina) dismissed the accusations made against the Attorney General that he made it impossible to forcibly detain citizens returning to the country and send them to immediate quarantine.
"The Attorney General didn't place any legal obstruction in the way of actualizing such a policy," he said. "The decisions made were the decisions of the entire government."
