The Health Ministry has reached an agreement with the Weizman Institute where a lab in the Institute will be converted into a testing center for COVID-19. The lab will have the capacity to test 1,000 individuals per day. The Weizman Institute is Israel's premiere sceintific research facility and is located in Rehovot which is thirty kilometers from Tel Aviv.
