Microsoft Corp. will be providing those of its employees with young children three additional months of paid leave in order to enable them to better cope with the shutdown of schools due to the coronavirus epidemic.
CNN reports that employees will be entitled to decide when and how to make use of the paid leave - either three consecutive months, or a few days per week for a longer period.
